Five years ago on this very day I published this interview. I’ve tucked it away to be republished and here it is.
One of the best parts of doing this show since 2005 has been meeting and interviewing my child hood heroes.
Alan Kennedy was a player I watched as a kid. A true Anfield Legend. He won 14 trophies with Liverpool from 1978 to 1985, played left back (where I used to play) and was capped for England twice.
