The 500th Show!

I’ll be honest….it’s more like the 800th show. I only started counting 500 shows ago…but I never thought I needed to count the shows when we started this thing in 2005 with the Soccer Bros.
I like milestones and this is one of them. Five Hundred shows is nothing to scoff at these days.
Fifteen years is nothing to scoff at either.
When show 499 was published I started thinking about who I’d like to come on and chat with. 
There was no doubt is was Alexi Lalas.
He’s been a supporter of the show for a long time…I’d like to say since day one and even though we don’t agree on a lot of things, I can say with no doubt that he’s my favourite soccer commentator to watch and listen.
Needless to say, it’s a pleasure to share the mic with Alexi Lalas. 
I hope you enjoy this unedited show and I look forward to another 500 more shows.
